Developing a Student Directory

The objective for this week was to use a front-end library or framework to build a prototype for a CMCI STUDIO Student Directory.

For this assignment I chose to use a Bootstrap template similar to what I was looking for. I then edited the template using VS code to fit my needs for this project.

I found the template for this project for free on Start Bootstrap. I liked the simplicity of the UI and thought It would be fitting for a student directory.

Using VS code I deleted a lot of code and made edits to the css and index file to get it the way I wanted. Honestly the most tedious part of this entire assignment was copy and pasting the student information, one by one. Slowly but surely it got done.

Above is my final coded Student Directory. You can search and filter current and previous students by name, job title, cohort and location.
